I joined DEN Outdoors shortly before Black Friday and took on campaign planning, copy and design, alongside list cleaning and improvements to existing flows.
My responsibilities included two email campaigns a week and weekly reporting to the SelectFew team.

The challenge
Trial users could sign in a few times, then stop. Valdata needed emails that helped people understand what to do next and made hands-on support easier to reach.
My approach
I turned technical tasks into step-by-step guidance, paired the copy with product screenshots, and gave readers a clear path to concierge support.

The Scream @Work campaign brought the brand’s personality into an office-booking offer: bright colors, product imagery and a simple explanation of how a visit works.
Make the offer easy to act on
I paired playful copy with a clear booking path. The email explains the per-person price, minimum group size and available time slots, with booking buttons throughout.
